Terms of Use for poetryjack.property

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern how you use poetryjack.property and the services Poetryjack Windows & Siding offers through it. By browsing the site, phoning the number on it or sending a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Poetryjack Windows & Siding is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent window replacement and siding providers. We do not sell, install or repair windows or siding. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about whether a provider is available, how fast it responds, or how its work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.
